Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, improve the user experience, and provide information to the site operators.
2. How we use cookies
Braio.ai (“Braio”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the braio.ai website and the Braio platform. We use the following types:
Strictly necessary cookies. Essential for the site to function — security, account authentication, and session management. This also includes our live-chat widget, Crisp, which stores a session cookie and local storage on your device so the chat works and your conversation persists. Our infrastructure and security provider, Cloudflare, may also set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site and keep it performant (for example, bot mitigation). These are loaded when the site loads and cannot be disabled.
Functional cookies. Enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences and settings. Disabling them may break some features.
Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can measure and improve it. We use Google Analytics for this. These cookies are not strictly necessary and are loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies in our cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services. Our live-chat provider, Crisp (Crisp IM SAS), sets a session cookie and local storage so the chat works. Our booking widget is provided by Cal.com and loads in an embedded frame; Cal.com may set its own cookies within that frame (on its own domain) to operate the calendar. When you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (provided by Google) sets cookies to measure site usage; your data may be processed by Google outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards. Other cookies may be set by hosting providers or integration partners. We do not control third-party cookies; please review those providers’ own cookie policies for more information.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings — you can refuse all cookies, accept all, or be notified when one is set. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. Refer to your browser’s help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) for instructions on managing cookies.
5. Changes to this cookie policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly as we implement additional analytics or tracking technologies. We will note changes by updating the “last updated” date on this page.
